Booking an appointment with Dr Chen is required to begin the consultation process. Our administrative team will assist with scheduling a suitable time once your referral and supporting documents have been received.

To arrange an appointment, please ask your referring doctor to forward your referral letter and any relevant documents to our rooms, or email them to reception@surgicalcentre.com.au. Once received, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a consultation time.

Telehealth videolink consultations are available for interstate patients.
